PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Faculty ACCESS Program utilizes a holistic approach centered on wellness to provide programming, mentoring, and training for URM faculty at PWIs that focuses on skill building to increase rigorous research productivity and provide targeted training in grant-writing to increase NIH grant submissions by URM faculty.

The ACCESS program provides a network of successful and productive scholars that URM faculty can call upon should they find themselves at their home institutions dealing with feelings of isolation. Further, the Faculty ACCESS Program serves as an outside source of support and validation for URM faculty.
